Always up for supporting a Great Cause.  Aj Smith and Band will be performing at 150 West 62nd Street, Skadden Conference, Costantino Room, New York, NY 10023, Monday Night, March 27.

We are calling on all Fordham Law Students: Take a break from studying and come out to support your fellow classmates at a benefit concert where the proceeds of the evening go to fund the Fellowship for Students performing invaluable work in the public sector through unpaid internships over the summer.

Nothing could be better, Great Music, Great Cause, Great Escape. We will be opening up our set with Great Escape which will get you on your feet to live loud. Remember life is too fast to live slow. Make the night memorable, join us for the evening - you won't be disappointed.

Mourning a Mentor: A Letter to Glenn Frey

What can I say man?
You're the one who taught me to "put big ideas in small places" and make every part of a song singable to connect with people on a deeper level. "When your audience can sing something, they can feel it" you told me and I treasure that moment and many others.

Is It Really Worth It to Get a Master's in Songwriting?

I decided I could tour during summers and weekends while continuing my education. It was my professors who helped me truly recognize the potential of my pencil, and it was in collaboration with one of them (Alex Forbes) that I wrote my first charting song ("Summertime," which got up to #3 in Australia). And I can only hope that taking the time to stay in school and truly master my craft, guided by my mentors, will benefit me in the long run.
